Stood in my closet for a good 10 minutes wondering where all my spring clothes were. When I’m in that type of mood, I reach for what I feel the most comfortable in which is typically a pair of broken denim and heels. I’m obsessed with these jeans right now. They’re so comfortable and the fit is amazing.

Paige is one of my absolute favorite brands because the very first time I tried them on they fit like a glove (literally!).  I tried them on and that was that. Say whaaaat! That never happens, so of course I had to buy these and these. Jean shopping is tough, so when you meet your match you buy two! Seriously you guys, invest in a good denim and it’ll be the best thing you’ve ever done….well, almost. Other than shoes ;). xo

Decided that I wanted to do a lot of shopping in California, but being with 4 dudes and only one other girl, the odds were against me. Although I didn’t get much in, I did find a few pieces that I totally love. I’ve been dying for a vintage pair of Levis and found this pair at Melrose Trading Post. First time I saw MTP was on Instagram but I had no idea what I was in for. This place was SO ginormous, you could seriously spend all day there. I snapped a few pics but for the most part, was trying not to be too overwhelmed, ha!  There’s much more than just clothes, they have jewelry, succulents, vintage cameras, art, candles, the list goes on. If you’re ever in the LA area it’s a must see!

Found this top at Venice beach. Kyle and I walked the entire boardwalk, and kind of like MTP, it goes on forever. I really liked this top just because it’s so different and definitely think it could be dressed up with a cute pair of high wasted shorts, and some wedges.  Obvi, being in Cali, I decided to wear it to the beach and dress it down.

Hope y’all are enjoying the recent posts and plan on going through the rest of my pics this weekend 🙂 xo

special thanks to Sonny for snapping some shots!

Have I mentioned I’m moving to California?! Seriously SO perfect here and everything is absolutely gorgeous. We drove down to Venice our first day here and had so much fun walking up and down the boardwalk with all the little shops. I could definitely people watch all day here.  Keeping it super real I went California chill for a day at the beach. Love that feeling. xo

Had a little major crush on burgundy the last couple of months. Found these boots at the outlets and obvi, it was love at first sight. I must say, I’m getting pretty spoiled with the outlets and all the amazing deals. Here are a few tips I always shop by when I just so happen to find myself there 😉 …

1.) Stick to the basics. When I say basics I’m talking everyday classic tee’s and tanks. You can never have enough of them and they don’t go out of style. Outlets have a lot of end-of-season items so it’s easy to get distracted. Stick to basics and you won’t have to worry about when you can wear it or if you’ll love it 8 months later.

2.) Walk into stores you wouldn’t typically walk into. You’d be surprised at some stores and the cute finds you never knew they had. I’m totally obsessed with J.Crew and to this day have yet to walk into a regular store. I know, right?!

3.) You can never have too many shoes. Let me repeat that. You can never have too many shoes!!! I won’t leave the outlets without having stepped foot into Aldo. Most of the time you’ll find the outlet price + an additional sale, which makes buying that pair of classic pumps even sweeter.

Hope you guys found these tips helpful for the next time you just so happen to wind up at the outlets too. 🙂
