Definitely stuck in weekend mode yesterday. After a Sunday brunch with one of my besties, and tackling an ambitious dinner later that night, I decided to take a breather. Hope you all had an awesome weekend, seems as though they’re never long enough!

Ok, you guys…so I have a confession to make. I have seriously been living in these jeans for the past 2 weeks and funny thing is, they’ve been in my closet for the past year! I seem to go through phases of finding a favorite pair of denim in my wardrobe and re-working it into my outfits so don’t be mad when you start to see a trend ;).  With my constant coldness, and this some-what cooler Texas heat, I’m wrapping my favorite denim jacket to accentuate my waist and become an instant accessory. I can dig it!

Thanks for reading!

Everybody loves fringe

I’m not going to lie you guys, fringe might be my favorite trend of the year. I sometimes wonder if I’ll look back in 10 years and think ‘why did I wear that, but I feel like you can pull off fringe in a chic and edgy way. I snagged this suede skirt and a couple of thoughts crossed my mind-the first being ‘OMG this is so cute”…I knew I would be able to wear this into fall and knew simplicity was going to be key for this statement (a.k.a loud/fun/daring) piece. Keeping my look cohesive I paired with neutrals but would love to style it with a black bodysuit for a night out.

Hi Beauties! Hope you all had a great weekend. Yesterday I went to Le Garage Sale and can’t wait to share all the fun stuff I got with you guys. If you aren’t familiar, stay tuned and I’ll fill you in on all the deets later on this week :). Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite looks-dressy but a little casual with ripped knees and an always reliable chambray. Blush and white is one of my favorite combos and I love the feminine colors which is an easy combo to transition into fall. XO!
