I love the sophisticated design of this jacket. It’s the perfect color for summer and fall and is something a little different than your typical blazer. Scored it this past weekend at Last Call along with some other sweet deals I can’t wait to share! One rule I stick to when I’m shopping for a summer refresher is to save from splurging on tops unless I absolutely have to have it. You might think, OMG I have so much to buy for summer, but think-key pieces. I’ll be sharing my favorites later this week :). xo

Striped

Don’t think theres such a thing as too many stripes. As I look through my wardrobe these days I’m beginning to see a huge pattern. Seems like every few years I change up my love of patterns, from plaid to polka dots and to stripes which have taken over… and I’m not even mad about it ;)! Tried on this jumpsuit at Forever 21 the other day but being 5’3 it’s hard to find the perfect length. Here are a few others that have been filling up my shopping cart lately…

 Super loves! -xo

I’ll make any excuse when it comes to wearing pink. Let’s be real, I love bright colors. So to transform this neutral look, I paired my favorite Kendra Scott earrings with my go-to pink lip creating a bolder, brighter look. I typically reach for shorts during hot summer months rather than skirts or dresses, and scored these at Forever 21. The fabric is awesome because they don’t wrinkle, unlike most of my other shorts and I stayed cool in them all day. You can dress them up with a pair of heels, like I did here, or you can wear them with flats and a kimono for a more laid back look.

I’m obsessed with the mirrored aviator trend right now. If you’re not the type for bright colors, try mixing in a pair for a little color that goes a long way.
